A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Johnson has been working in the food and beverage industry for the better part of two decades.  Travis has lived and worked in much of the Southern United States, the North East and abroad, letting his surroundings inspire and influence his food.  Rooted in French technique, Johnson's flavors are wholly Southern, homey and savory with jolts of bold flavor nodding to world cuisines.  His products are sourced locally whenever possible ensuring that only the best is brought to your table. Beverage pairings are thoughtfully selected upon request. Chef Johnson and his team are equipped to serve 2-200 people in your home or at your venue of choice.

At Monster Food Stuff our slogan is "have knives will travel", we've done events locally, Austin, Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio and as far as Wichita Falls. We will go anywhere in the great state of Texas!
